Equity Infusion Process (critical first piece of funding.)

Our program, in simplistic terms, follows this example:

Your school, professional sports team, company and so forth, are  building an esports/media arena for $30 million, and has 75% of the funding, but prefers the 25% equity. We can provide that equity.

In this example, our 25% equity injection would be $7.5 million. We can, and do get creative in securing our interests. We tailor to the school or company’s needs. We are not a traditional lending institution, and can move at the pace of our own decision makers. We do not require a part of your project’s income flow, and will not need to be senior to your primary funding. In some cases we can even provide 100% of the project’s funding.
